Celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday in Pitt Meadows

Bigger Than Ever Before with More Activities, Entertainment, Food, Community Challenges, and FUN for All Ages!

Celebrate Pitt Meadows Canada Day on July 1 in Spirit Square by City Hall, from 8am to 2pm. The annual festival is bigger than ever in honour of Canada’s 150th birthday. Enjoy live music, interactive displays, roving entertainment, endless activities and lots of prize giveaways.

Taste of Pitt Meadows
Food trucks and booths! Check back to see participating vendors!
Photo Booth
Try out the props in front of a 1914 Pitt Meadows background and take fun, free photos with your friends and family
Participate in Pitt Meadows’ First Ever Living Flag
Wear red or white and participate in creating the Canadian flag as the event finale. Let’s show our community spirit and come together to create our flag to show the rest of Canada!
Expanded Entertainment and Activity Zones
Stage performances, roving entertainment and activities for all ages – kids, teens, adults and seniors!
Unveiling of the Canada 150 Mosaic Mural
Did you paint a tile that made up part of the Pitt Meadows Canada 150 Mosaic Mural? Come to the unveiling and find your tile in the mural!
Canada 150 Challenge and Contests
Including a Yoga 150 Challenge, Scavenger Hunt and opportunities to participate and watch ParticipACTION 150 activities!

Lions’ Pancake Breakfast
Enjkoy a pancake breakfast courtesy of the Pitt Meadows Lions, from 8am to 10am.
Seniors Bingo Numbers Prize Draw
Seniors (60+) can enter to win from 8am-9am, and 9:15am-10:15am. Draws held at 9am and 10:15am. Grocery gift cards up for grabs – come early, only 75 numbers available for each draw!
Interactive Booths and Activities
Join the Pitt Meadows Museum and other Community Partners for fun activities!
Arts and Crafts
Local artists invite participants to join in creative activities!
